UALR Cross Country Open

Race Site:  Murray Park, Little Rock, AR (Pavilions 7 & 8 )

Course Description         

This is a new course at the same site! It is composed of dirt and grass with two hills/loop.

Cost 

 Junior/Senior High School    $5/individual up to a max of $25/team 

Collegiate/Open/Unattached  $5/individual up to a max of $50/team

 Payment due at check-in. Make checks payable to UALR.

        8:30am   Coaches Meeting
        9:00am   High School Boys 5000 meters
        9:40am   Collegiate Men/Open Men 8000 meters
        10:20am High school Girls 4000 meters
        11:00am    Collegiate Women/Open Women 5000 meters
        11:30am Junior High Boys 1.5 miles
        11:50am Junior High Girls 1.5 miles

LATE ENTRIES WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $10/TEAM!!! 

Awards to the top 20 in each high school and junior high race. Awards
to the top 10 in the collegiate/open sections.
          

There will be no showers available. T-Shirts and refreshments will be available at the course.

Directions to Murray Park
>From I-30
Take the Cantrell (Hwy 10) exit heading west. Drive 5 minutes and turn right on to
Riverfront DR/Rebsamen Park Rd (just before the Harvest Foods). Drive
approximately 4 miles. The park is on the right. Take the second entrance.

>From I-430
Take the Cantrell (Hwy 10) east exit. Drive for several miles until the road goes
down the big downhill (over a half mile long). Turn left at Cedar Hill Rd
(stoplight ). Turn left on Riverfront DR/Rebsamen Park Rd (going straight would
take one into the Alltel complex). Drive 3 miles. The park is on the right. Take
the second entrance.
